The birth of Segun Water Systems began over twenty years ago when the owners of the company decided to start a business focused on health and wellness. After much soul searching and looking at various products and services one thing became crystal clear. Water was a key element needed for good health. And not just water alone, but clean contaminate free water. During the research phase it was discovered that although the municipalities do as best they can to make our public water ‘acceptable to consume,’ there still remained other factors that interfered with tap water being more than merely acceptable. Hard water can sometimes cause shortened life spans of  appliances and pipes. Most people simply do not like the taste of tap water and have found that their skin and hair are adversely affected. Further studies have shown that our public tap water contains trace elements of chemicals which invade our water sources. Chemicals associated with pharmaceuticals, pesticides, herbicides along with natural elements like, calcium, magnesium, and potassium not to mention high levels of chlorine are found in city water across North America. This was a major issue twenty years ago and it remains so today
